Mechanical Man Music is a company that creates and records musical Soundscapes of the highest quality for use in all types of media and visual presentations. Our company made it's modest start by creating soundtracks for short films and animations and eventually expanded into other commercial markets to include: Music houses, Sound Libraries, Advertising and Audio Visual firms. The music has also found applications in the fields of Yoga and Massage where relaxing backgrounds conducive to meditation are essential.

Mechanical Man's founder and principal contributor Thomas Mangano has been creating and performing music since 1976 and uses several instruments to create the Soundscapes produced by Mechanical Man Music. Instruments that can be heard within the music are: Clarinet, Acoustic Bass, Guitars, Synthesizers and assorted electronic and hand held percussion. These instruments are frequently blended with both natural and electronic sounds to create elemental, entrancing and diverse Soundscapes.

Thomas is also the founding member of New York's Boutcher-Mangano Jazz Trio, which has been educating and performing live Jazz in the area since 2003.
